A New Jersey Player Wins nearly $300,000 while playing an online slot-machine game during a work call!
The unidentified Mantua resident “was actually on a work conference call and almost screamed out loud” when she won the $288,000 prize Aug. 2, she wrote in the SugarHouse Online Casino chat room, according to NorthJersey.com.
The online casino’s operator confirmed the win.
The lucky lady had placed a $2 bet while playing the popular Divine Fortune online slot when she won the jackpot.
Her payout was the biggest prize won by someone playing the ancient-Greece-themed game since the Philadelphia-based SugarHouse Casino entered New Jersey’s online gambling world in 2016.
