Police are investigating a scuffle at an Upstate New York Casino during which a customer got out of his wheel chair to attack a victim while his girlfriend hurled a chair.
The Buffalo News reported that the 63-year-old victim and his wife wanted to use a particular slot machine at the Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls on Friday, but saw a woman and her wheelchair-bound boyfriend sitting near the machine though not playing on it.
The victim told police that he asked the woman if she could move so he could play the machine, at which point she yelled at him, but did move away.
