A California player turned a spin on Wheel of Fortune Ultra Wheels into a seven-figure score last week. The penny slot jackpot was hit at the Valley View Casino and Hotel in north San Diego County.
“I’m still in shock,” the player told local media about his $1.6 million win. “I couldn’t sleep for two days. I was up tossing and turning and thought they would call me and say the machine malfunctioned.”
In July, a player in Michigan won nearly a quarter of a million dollars on a Wheel of Fortune game, and another player in Oregon won nearly $1.6 million at Chinook Winds Casino.
